By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Use
Our DIY kits are intended for personal use only. They include small parts and are not suitable for children under 14 without adult supervision.

2. Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery time varies based on destination, with estimated shipping between 7–21 business days. Delays caused by customs, local postal services, or other factors are beyond our control.

3. Refunds & Returns
We do not offer refunds or returns unless your item arrives damaged. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photo evidence. We’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

4. Missing or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and secure.

5. Warranty

We offer a 2-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use. If a product is found to be defective within this period, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final, and warranty claims will be addressed through repair or replacement only. To file a claim, contact us with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and supporting photos.

5. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or purchase of products indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
