For EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

To exercise this right:

  • You must contact us in writing within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned at your own expense.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.


For Non-EU Customers – Final Sale Policy

All sales made outside of the EU are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal expectations

  • Misuse or user error

  • Connectivity or assembly issues


Damaged or Incorrect Items (Worldwide)

We only offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

1. Wrong Item Sent
If you receive a product that does not match your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will either send the correct item or issue a refund.

2. Item Arrives Damaged
If your order arrives damaged or non-functional, contact us within 7 days with clear photos/videos. If verified, we will issue a replacement or refund.

After 7 days, no claims will be accepted.

US CUSTOMERS:

  1. At MadebyNooks, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason. This includes items that arrive damaged, defective, late, or different from what you expected. Due to the nature of our products and the dropshipping process, once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. By placing an order with us, you agree to accept the item as-is upon delivery, regardless of its condition. Thank you for your understanding and support.
